This is how we, as manufacturers, produce half-tube coils
The journey to your half-tube coil begins with pure precision: the chamfering and profiling of slit strips on our specially developed machinery. To minimise your assembly times, we supply the profiles on request with precisely prepared weld edges (or already professionally tack-welded to your vessel bases and cones).
The journey continues with the utmost care: we continuously adjust the diameter and pitch, mark every component for complete traceability and pack everything exactly to your specifications.
What do you receive? A component that has been 100% thought through. Particularly with conical shapes, we place great importance on absolute cleanliness inside the component and, on request, offer professional tack welding using the TIG welding process to make your final assembly easier.
Thanks to our in-house tool making, we can flexibly produce even the most complex custom-made products and individual geometries for you.
